General terms of use

Article 1: Application
The general terms and conditions of sale defined in the following articles govern the activities of the company Gamescape SAS with a capital of €50,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 802922179, with its registered office located at 17 rue de la pierre levée, 75011 Paris.
These general terms and conditions of sale are freely accessible to any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website https://www.gamescape.fr. They set out the contractual provisions and conditions applicable to any reservation made on this site. The only language of contract is French.

Article 2: Activity
Gamescape's purpose is the organization and commercialization of real escape games, or live escape games, at its premises located at 17 rue de la pierre levée, 75011 Paris.

Article 3: Reservation
Access to Gamescape's facilities and services is by reservation, via the internet, telephone, or in-store.
Each reservation is made for a specific day and time and is only valid for that time slot.
A reservation is considered firm and final only after the customer receives a confirmation email from Gamescape.

Article 4: Price – Payment
All payments made are final and non-refundable.
Gamescape's prices are quoted in Euros, inclusive of all taxes. Gamescape reserves the right to change the prices listed on its website at any time.
Gamescape accepts payments via PayPal, credit card, checks, and cash. Any other form of payment is refused.
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, payment for a game session is made at the time of booking, either online or in-store.

Article 5: Cancellation
In case of a delay of more than 20 minutes from the reserved time, Gamescape reserves the right to cancel or shorten the duration of the service without any refund.
All payments made are final and non-refundable. The reservation may be rescheduled to a later date, depending on availability, up to 3 working days before the event.

Article 6: Access and internal regulations
Only a person of legal age can book a game session.
Each live escape game session is organized for groups of 3 to 5 people, for a duration of 60 minutes.
Children can access the facilities from the age of 9, provided they are accompanied by two adults. Only one adult is required if they are over 15 years old.
Gamescape reserves the right to request identification to verify the players' ages.

Article 7: Protection of personal data
By booking on the Gamescape website, the customer consents to the collection of personal data necessary for the processing of orders.
Gamescape commits to never disclosing this information to third parties, except in cases provided by law.

Article 8: Ownership
All content on the site https://gamescape.fr is the exclusive property of Gamescape. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Article 9: Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts have jurisdiction.
These general terms and conditions of sale are effective as of 01/01/2021.
