These general conditions of sale are freely accessible to any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the website https://www.gamescape.fr. Article 2: Activity
Gamescape aims to organize and market real escape games or live escape games within its establishment located at 17 rue de la pierre levée, 75011 Paris.
Article 3: Access to Gamescape's facilities and services is by reservation, by internet, telephone, or in store.
Each reservation is made for a specific day and time, and is only valid for that time slot. Each reservation is made within the limit of available places updated in real time on the website. A reservation is not firm and final until the customer has received a confirmation email from Gamescape.
Article 4: Price - Payment
Any payment received is final and non refundable.
The prices of Gamescape are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change of which may be reflected in the sale price. Gamescape reserves the right to modify the prices appearing on its site at any time. Gamescape accepts payments by Paypal account, credit card, checks and cash. Any other method of payment is refused. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, payment for a game session is made at the time of ordering, on the internet or in the store.
Article 5: Cancellation
In the event of a classic reservation of an escape game session, the consumer does not have any right of withdrawal (article L.221-28 consumer code)
In the event of a delay of more than 20 minutes on the reserved time, Gamescape reserves the right to cancel or reduce the time of the service without any refund being made.
Any payment received is final and non refundable. A reservation can be moved to another date, if available, up to 3 labor days prior to the event date.
Passed this limit, any postponing will be treated as a new reservation.
A reservation made through a purchase order engages the client to a payment. A third of the total amount of the order will be asked if the event is cancelled up to 3 labor days prior to the event. If cancelled after this period, the total amount will be due.
In regard of the purchase of gift vouchers, the consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, following a direct telephone call or off-premises, without having to justify its decision or bear costs other than those provided for in Articles L. 221-23 to L. 221-25. Groups must arrive in full no later than 10 minutes before the start time of the service. Children can access the facilities from the age of 9, provided they are accompanied by two adults. Only one adult is needed if they are over 15 years old. Gamescape reserves the right to request identification to verify the ages of players. Food and drinks are prohibited in the escape rooms. Gamescape is a non-smoking area. Access to the facilities is strictly prohibited for animals. Players must leave their bulky bags and personal items in the space reserved for this purpose. Sound or video recordings as well as taking photographs are strictly prohibited inside the escape rooms.
Article 7: Protection of personal data.
By booking on the Gamescape site, the customer consents to the collection of personal data necessary for the processing of orders. In return, Gamescape undertakes never to communicate this information to third parties, except in the cases provided for by law. The customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him (article 34 of the "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978).
